Research Abstract

骨髄由来細胞の椎間板内における細胞動態を観察するために、Green Fluorescent Protein(GFP)骨髄キメララットの腰椎椎間板を一定の針で第刺し、椎間板変性モデルを作製した。椎間板変性過程では、GFP陽性骨髄由来細胞が終板および内層線維輪の血管周囲に出現したが、穿刺後24週にわたり髄核内にGFP信号を認めなかつた。変性椎間板に変性抑制効果が証明されている多血小板血漿を注入したが、髄核内に明らかなGFP信号を認めなかった。
