Research Abstract	揮発性麻酔薬イソフルラン及びセボフルランの影響を、中枢破壊ラット(pithed rat)で検討した。イソフルランおよびセボフルランは、ともにADMによる一過性の血圧上昇を抑制し、引き続きおこる血圧低下を容量依存的に抑制し、さらに末梢血管抵抗の低下を有意に抑制した。したがって、揮発性麻酔薬イソフルラン・セボフルランはADMによる血管拡張作用を抑制する。
