| Research Abstract |
片肺換気下肺切除術を受ける成人患者を対象に、麻酔管理中に虚脱肺を間歇的に拡張させる群と、拡張させない群とに分け、PiCCOシステム(PiCCO(R),Pulsion Medical Systems,Munich,Germany)から計測される肺血管外水分量および術後臨床経過を群間で比較した。得られた結果に群間に差を認めなかったことから、従来行われてきた片肺換気時に虚脱肺を間歇的に拡張させるという手技は、必ずしも必須の手技ではないことが示唆された。このことは片肺換気における虚脱肺の管理方法に関する新たな知見である。
