Research Abstract

ラット腎虚血/再灌流(I/R)モデルを作成し、I/R 後、メシル酸ナファモスタット(N/M)投与による腎機能や炎症性サイトカインに着目した。I/R 後は糸球体内皮、尿細管周囲の血管内皮などに炎症性サイトカインの発現が亢進していることが予想され、免疫染色でその局在性の確認や、Real time RT-PCR によるmRNA の定量評価などが必要となる。高発現すると予想されるサイトカインが、I/R 障害後どこに局在し、N/M 投与で発現がどう変化するのか、また、腎機能障害を軽減できるかどうか等について検討する。
