Research Abstract

転移を有する進行腎細胞癌患者に対して、活性化自己リンパ球療法を実施した。その際に患者の血漿を採取してサイトカインを測定し、一部の症例でIFNγおよびIL-6の変動を確認した。腎癌細胞株において、血管新生阻害薬であるソラフェニブに対する感受性を確認した。ソラフェニブを添加した腎癌細胞株において、活性化リンパ球による傷害性の増強が認められ、免疫細胞療法と血管新生阻害薬の新規併用療法の可能性が示唆された。
