Research Abstract

精巣内でのいくつかの病態においてproinflammatory cytokineであるIL-1βが上昇する。セルトリ細胞においてそのIL-1βはphosphorylated JNKを活性化したが、活性酸素は増加させなかった。IL-1β刺激によりNO濃度が6時間以内に増加を示したが、これらのNO濃度増加はSP600125(JNK阻害剤)添加により阻害された。またIL-1β刺激によりセルトリ細胞内のiNOS蛋白、mRNA量は有意に増加し、この増加はSP600125の添加により有意に阻害された。FSH刺激ではNO濃度の上昇は見られなかった。セルトリ細胞においてIL-1βはJNK経路を活性化し、NO濃度が上昇する。
