Research Abstract

今回の研究結果からエレクトロポレーション法による精巣内遺伝子導入は効率に優れ安全性の高い方法であることが確認できた。精巣内のセルトリ細胞および精細胞への長期間の安定した遺伝子導入が可能であり、精巣上体精子にまで遺伝子の発現が認められた。これらの遺伝子導入された精子を用いたマウス卵との体外受精は、生存精子の回収が難しく成功にはいたらなかったが、本法を用いることで精巣特異的な遺伝子の機能解析が容易になるものと思われる。
