Research Abstract

現在、前立腺癌で汎用されている血清マーカーである前立腺特異抗原は臓器特異性は高いが癌特異性が低く、新たな血清バイオマーカーが求められている。そこで、血清中のタンパク質を網羅的に解析し、前立腺癌の新規バイオマーカーの探索を行った。この結果、前立腺癌の新たなマーカー候補タンパク質として、Fibrinopeptide AとComplement C3f(C3f)を発見した。さらに、C3fのELISA法による測定系を構築し、より簡便な多検体測定を可能とした。本方法でC3fを測定したところ、癌患者群で有意に高発現しており、臨床的に有用なマーカーとなる可能性が示唆された。
