Research Abstract

化学療法を行う卵巣癌患者に対してメラトニンの内服投与を行い、その副作用軽減効果について主に検討した。現在までに当院倫理委員会承認のもと、10名の卵巣癌、卵管癌、腹膜癌の患者での検討を行った。
10例中8例において副作用の軽減を認めたため、有効性はあると思われた。予後に関しても検討中であり無病生存例が4例、坦癌生存が2例、死亡例が4例であった。
