Research Abstract

我々は卵の成熟に必要な因子を同定・解析してきた。本研究では、既知の全ての因子を体外で未熟卵に作用させ、体内で成熟した卵と比較して、その卵成熟の効率と遺伝子レベルでの正常性について検討した。その結果、マウスでは体内とほぼ同等の卵成熟を誘導することができた。遺伝子レベルの差違については、大きな違いを認める遺伝子はなかったが、一部の遺伝子で増減が認められ、未知の重要な因子の存在を含めさらなる検討が必要である。
