Research Abstract

With pre-ovulatory human granulosa cells, which are obtained on the occasion of ICSI therapy for infertile women and usually disposed, we analyzed the patterns of gene expression using quantitative PCR method.
The amount of the cells obtained with this therapy is extremely small. Nevertheless, we succeeded in quantifying the expression of one gene. For other genes, we could not get enough result.
