Research Abstract |
(1)漿液性卵巣癌においてMEK経路とPI3/Akt経路の同時阻害は相乗的な抗腫瘍効果を示し、パクリタキセル感受性増強の可能性が示唆された。 (2)5-FUとオキサリプラチンとの併用療法は、粘液性腺癌に対する有効な治療法の一つと考えられた。
