Research Abstract |
Disital Karyotyping (DK)、Serial Analysis Gene Expression(SAGE)を用いて網羅的な遺伝子発現解析を行い、卵巣癌特有の遺伝子変化を同定し、卵巣癌の治療を目指した分子標的を同定する事を目的とした。近年、造血器腫瘍を中心に癌遺伝子の機能がクローズアップされているBTB/POZ遺伝子群に注目した。BTB/POZ遺伝子群の中でNAC-1遺伝子が有意に高発現している事を発見した。NAC-1は再発卵巣癌でタンパク、遺伝子発現共に有意に高かった。また、in vitoro, in vivoの両方でNAC-1はOncogenicな機能を有する事を発見した。
