Research Abstract

妊娠初期よりHLA-E、HLA-Gは胎盤に発現し、妊娠維持に関与する。最近、着床前の受精卵もHLA-Gを産生・分泌し、体外受精卵の良好胚選定にHLA-G検出が有用であるといわれている。この真偽を確認するため、体外受精卵培養上清481例においてHLA-G測定を行ったが、検出されなかった。この結果は、良好胚選定法にHLA-G検出は不適であることを世界的に示した点で意義がある。
