Research Abstract

着床関連タンパクGlycodelinは、細胞回転調節因子であるp16、p21、p27の発現増加を介して細胞回転のG1/S停止を引き起こすことで、子宮内膜腺上皮細胞の細胞増殖を負に制御している。これらの結果は、子宮内膜増殖症や子宮体癌などの子宮内膜腺上皮細胞の増殖性疾患に対して、従来の増殖規定因子である性ホルモンによる生殖内分泌学的な治療アプローチとは独立して、Glycodelinを分子標的とした新しい治療戦略展開の分子基盤研究となった。
