Research Abstract

ドキソルビシン存在下でATF3依存的なEphA1発現上昇が起こることを明らかにした。さらに、EphA1の細胞外領域はフィブロネクチン断片が結合すること、およびEphA1細胞内領域にはILKが結合することを明らかとした。ILKは細胞運動に重要な役割を示す分子であり、EphA1にephrin-A1のシグナルが入るとILKが抑制されることにより細胞接着が低下することを明らかとした。これらは、EphA1が癌細胞の転移抑制に関わることを示した。
