Research Abstract

正常被験者と難聴者において発声関連磁場の計測を行った。正常被験者においては、発声時に聴覚野で反応を認めることが報告されている。今回の研究で、難聴者においても発声時に聴覚野で誘発磁場が生じることが明らかとなった。しかしながら、正常被験者に比べて、聴覚野での反応は小さく、視覚刺激による反応が大きくなっていた。
