Research Abstract

ほ乳類では内耳有毛細胞はいったん傷害されると再生することがない。BMP-4は有毛細胞の発生に関わる重要な因子である。本研究ではBMPシグナルの操作による有毛細胞再生の可能性について検討した。BMP-4、Nogginなどは発生中の内耳での発現が確認され、耳胞培養系では培養条件を確立、有毛細胞の評価型として用いることが出来ることを確認した。
