| Research Abstract |
ヒト咽頭扁桃(adenoid)上皮は,発達したタイト結合による上皮バリア機能を有し,外来病原体に対する生体防御の役割を担っていることが考えられる.そこで,我々はcytokeratin 20 (Ck20)をマーカーとして,ヒト咽頭扁桃(adenoid)におけるM細胞の同定をし,in vivoおよびin vitroでのタイト結合蛋白の発現を調べた.
