| Research Abstract |
頭頸部癌細胞株を用い抗癌剤(5-FU)感受性規定因子としてのmRNA発現とMTT assay法による抗癌剤感受性との相関を検討した。相関が有意であったものはLIG3およびTK1であった。さらにオーダーメイド化学療法を臨床に直結した形で実践するため、手術検体を用い、in vitro感受性試験としてHDRA法を行った。頭頸部がん領域におけるTS-1の感受性試験はこれまで報告されておらず、その実験方法を確立した。TS-1の腫瘍阻止率は平均60.29で5-FU単剤では平均52.09であった。ギメラシル(CDHP)による感受性の増強効果は平均約15.8%であった。本法は術後補助治療や再発時の薬剤選択の指標となり、臨床的に大きな意義を持つものである。
