Research Abstract

IgA腎症やHenoch-Schonlein紫斑病(HSP)の患者血清中のIgA1、あるいは扁桃から産生されるIgA1には糖鎖不全が多いことを報告されている。これらの抗体と反応する他の抗原がないか検索したところ、κ-カゼインに反応性があることを認めた。また、血清型糖鎖の解析を行ったところ、異常IgA1と扁桃IgA1ではムチン型糖鎖だけでなく血清型糖鎖にも通常とは組成が異なるものが認められた。
