Research Abstract

我々は,当該研究期間において,角膜ヘルペス患者涙液中及びヘルペス性ぶどう膜炎患者前房水からのヘルペスウィルス由来タンパクICP0の検出を試み,その検出に成功した。眼組織由来ICP0タンパクの発現を検討することは,ヘルペス性疾患の多い眼科領域においてヘルペス感染症の病態の把握及び発症機序の解明に寄与する可能性があると考えられた。
