| Research Abstract |
糖尿病の合併症の一つとして、足底潰瘍に代表される創傷治癒遅延があげられる。一方、糖尿状態になると脂肪や筋肉から分泌されるadipokine やmyokineといった内分泌因子の血中濃度が増減することが知られている。本研究によりadipokineの一つであるadiponectinが、皮膚創傷治癒で重要な役割を果たしているkeratinocyteの増殖や分化に影響を与えていることを解明した。
