Research Abstract

新規線溶阻止因子TAFIの臨床意義は解明されていない。この度、播種性血管内凝固症候群(DIC)病態におけるTAFIおよび活性型TAFI(TAFIa)の動態を、組織因子&LPS誘発ラットDICモデルを用いて検討した。DICモデルにおいて、TAFIaは上昇したが、アルガトロバン投与により有意に抑制された。LPS 誘発DICモデルにおける臓器障害や炎症性サイトカイン上昇は、TAFIa阻害薬により軽減した。
