Research Abstract |
本研究では、フラーレンやカーボンナノチューブ(以下、CNT)など炭素系ナノ微粒子の生体適合性検討の為、上記素材の親水化、体内での循環・滞留・排泄(体内動態)の可視化・追跡を試みた。化学的表面修飾により、生体へと投与可能なCNT分散液を作成し、この分散液をマウスへと投与、経過観察を行った。電子顕微鏡観察から各臓器へのCNTの到達が確認された。また体内動態可視化法の検討の為、走査型蛍光X線分析顕微鏡、核磁気共鳴撮像(MRI)法などを用いて無機粒子の体内動態の観測に成功した。
