Research Abstract

腫瘍切除後などに生じた顔面欠損に対して外科的再建が行われない場合、特に眼球が含まれる場合は顔面補綴が選択される。顔面補綴は、その製作に関してさまざまな問題が挙げられてきた。周囲組織との移行性、適合、自然観が重要であり、義眼の最適な位置決定など、ワックスアップの際に熟練を要する。顔面印象による変形や患者の苦痛も問題となっている。近年、コンピュータ技術の進歩により、顔面補綴の製作に関しても三次元形状計測や三次元造形を用いた方法が報告されるようになってきた。今回、我々はCTデータをもとに、顔面形態を構築し、顔面印象を行わずに顔面補綴を製作する方法を開発した。
