Research Abstract

若年者・高齢者いずれにおいても口腔期開始前より喉頭挙上が開始しており,咬合接触が舌骨・喉頭挙上運動や嚥下反射運動の誘発に関与する可能性が示唆された.また,若年者において咬合挙上の変化が舌骨・喉頭の運動機能や中咽頭・下咽頭の周囲組織に影響を及ぼす可能性が示唆された.
