| Research Abstract |
整形外科領域におけるLIPUSの臨床応用に着眼し歯科領域においても口腔インプラントにLIPUSを応用することによりインプラント周囲の骨形成促進効果を私は報告してきた。インプラント治療で失敗の原因の多くは,咬合付与の失敗による骨吸収と細菌感染による骨吸収である.異常な骨吸収が生じた患者に対して,LIPUS応用により,インプラントを除去することなく骨が回復可能となり,長期間の咬合回復が可能である.本研究の目的は、口腔インプラントと顎骨とのオッセオインテグレーションが一度失われたものが低出力パルス超音波刺激(LIPUS)を応用することにより,再度オッセオインテグレーションが回復可能か調査することである.
