Research Abstract

本研究では、機能性と生体適合性に優れるスキャフォールド体を作製するため、凍結乾燥法を応用してポリ乳酸(PLA)ファイバーとハイドロキシアパタイト(Hap)の複合体(PLA/Hap複合体)を作製した。また作製したPLA/Hap複合体についてin vitroにおける挙動などを評価・検討した結果、アパタイト生成能や細胞接着性に優れることから、新規スキャフォールド体として有用であることが示唆された。
