Research Abstract

口腔・顔面領域(三叉神経領域)の難治性疼痛や慢性痛の原因の一つと考えられる、延髄の三叉神経脊髄路核における可塑的変化を調べるため、新生仔Capsaicin 処理(C線維の選択的脱落惹起)および新生仔CFA 局所投与(投与局所の炎症惹起)を行った幼若ラットについて、脊髄路核の免疫組織化学的検討(酵素抗体法による免疫染色)を試みた。その結果、各組織切片の染色性は不安定であり、標本作製条件のより一層の均一化ならびに抗原賦活法を併用した免疫染色が必要と考えられた。
