Research Abstract

本研究では,angiogeninの発現レベルの高い口腔扁平上皮癌細胞株HSC2細胞において,siRNA発現プラスミドベクターを遺伝子導入してangiogeninの発現をノックダウンした.Angiogeninの発現が抑制されると,低酸素微小環境下でも血管新生因子の1つであるVEGFの発現は低下しており,angiogeninとVEGFはリンクしていることが示唆された.
