Research Abstract

分泌蛋白質もしくは膜蛋白質はがんにおいて重要な役割を果たしており、診断マーカーや分子標的治療となりうる可能性を持っている。本研究はこの分泌蛋白質、膜蛋白質のみに限定したスクリーニング法を利用し、新規口腔癌バイオマーカーの同定を試みた。今回残念ながら新規マーカーの同定には至らなかったが、いくつかの膜蛋白、分泌蛋白が得られた。今後継続して研究を行うことで、新規癌マーカーが得られると考えられた。
