Research Abstract

歯はエナメル芽細胞、象牙芽細胞、歯髄細胞、歯根膜細胞などが相互作用を及ぼして形成されていくものと考えられる。したがって、歯の再生を考える上ではまず始めに、歯胚からこれらの性質を備えた細胞を分離し、その細胞間相互作用を明らかにすることが重要である。そこで、私たちは細胞の不死化に着目し、それらの性質を有する細胞間の相互作用について分子生物学的に解析した。
