Research Abstract

骨細胞は分化する際に、立方体の骨芽細胞から、ダイナミックな形態変化を引き起こして、突起を持った星状の骨細胞に形態変化を起こす。この形態変化に関して、骨芽細胞から骨細胞へ分化する際には、アクチンのダイナミクスな変化があることが分かり、各分化の段階で弾性も変化することが本研究により分かった。さらに突起が骨芽細胞と接触している詳細および、分化に伴う細胞接着の変化もとらえた。
