Research Abstract

体に傷を負ったとき、傷を負った神経の細胞は様々な物質を産生し、痛みを感じるが、傷を負った細胞に限らず、無傷の神経細胞にも様々な影響が及んでいる。この研究では、抜歯の影響がどのようにして無傷の神経細胞に及ぶかを調べ、その結果satellite glial cellという神経細胞の周囲に存在する細胞を介して情報が伝達されていることを示した。
