Research Abstract

ラット顎関節円板における各種プロテオグリカンのmRNA発現は、成長に伴い変化すること、および領域差を示すことが明らかとなった。このことは、成長に伴うラットの顎口腔機能の発達、あるいは顎関節における生力学的環境の変化が関与していることを示唆した。
