Research Abstract

本研究目的は、正常な野生型PTH/PTHrP受容体(PTH-R)タンパクは小胞体・ゴルジ体を経由してすみやかに細胞膜上に輸送されるのに対して、Blomstrand型PTH/PTHrP受容体(PTH-RP132L)タンパクは小胞体の品質管理機構によって細胞膜まで輸送されず小胞体蓄積または細胞質内漏出を受ける可能性について解析することである。その結果、PTH-RP132L遺伝子を過剰発現する培養骨芽細胞ならびに軟骨細胞では、変異型受容体蛋白は細胞膜上に発現せず小胞体への蓄積を示した。
