Research Abstract

今回の研究では、ショ糖応用後の歯垢内pHおよびミネラル濃度の変化について検討した。pHについては、歯垢表層部は内層部に比べて、pHの低下が速く、元のpHに戻るのが速いこと、最低pHは表層部の方が内層部と比べて低いことが明らかになった。ミネラル濃度については、歯垢内リン濃度は、歯垢表層は内層よりも高いこと、またシュクロース応用前後で比較すると歯垢表層の方が内層と比較してシュクロース応用後のリン濃度の低下が大きいことが明らかとなった。
