Research Abstract

:今回の研究では、口腔内のリンパ管を介した免疫機能が、加齢や炎症に伴ってどのように変化するかを調べており、免疫に大切な役割を果たす複数の蛋白質に焦点を当てて研究を行いました。その結果、加齢や炎症に伴ってその数を減?させる蛋白質が存在することを明らかにしました。以上の結果は、加齢や炎症が免疫機能の低下に関与する可能性を示唆しています。
