Research Abstract	医療機関において新人看護師教育を担当しているプリセプターが、その役割を通して自ら成長してくために必要な教育支援に必要な要素をプリセプターの経験に焦点をあて検討した。プリセプターの経験を分析した結果、教育支援には自己の経験を学習化する能力の育成、自己の経験を可視化する機会の設定、プリセプティからの適切なフィードバックを得る機会の設定、プリセプターを支援できる人的資源の養成と職場環境の醸成の必要性が示唆された。
