Research Abstract

「医療従事者安全文化」と、安全を目的とした患者参加の姿勢である「患者の安全文化」は、患者安全を達成するために重要な役割を果たしていると考えられる。そこで本研究では、財団法人日本医療機能評価機構の認定病院の看護師を対象に、「医療従事者の安全文化」と「患者の安全文化」についての質問紙調査を実施した。その結果、「医療従事者の安全文化」と看護師が認識する「患者の安全文化」の関係が明らかとなった。
