Research Abstract	本研究では、マッサージを看護ケアとして効果的に活用するために、循環系に及ぼす効果に注目し、ケア方法の選択に大きく影響するマッサージの刺激時間、体位による効果の比較検討を行った。その結果、マッサージ時間の長短による心臓の副交換神経活動に差はないが、循環促進のためには時間をかけたマッサージが必要である可能性が考えられた。また、体位の違いにより心臓の副交換神経活動に差が見られる可能性があるが、循環促進効果には影響が少ない可能性が考えられた。
