Research Abstract

冠動脈バイパス術後患者の虚血性心疾患の再発予防に向けた取り組みについて、退院を控えた術後患者10名を対象に調査を行った。半構成的面接法を用いて退院後約1年までに計4回データを収集し、質的帰納的に分析を行った。分析の結果、《準備》、《模索》、《維持》、《拡張》、の4つの取り組みの方向性が見出された。患者が生活の再構築を目指すプロセスのどの段階にあるのかを捉えた上で、個々のニーズにあった支援を提供することが重要である。
