Research Abstract	現在育児中の20,30代の女性とその配偶者を対象に生活習慣とライフイベント, 健康関連QOLに関する調査を行った。結果, ライフイベントは生活習慣に影響し, 妻は夫よりも望ましい習慣をしており, 妻の望ましい習慣は夫へ影響があることが示唆された。また, 生活習慣と健康関連QOLの関連, 健康関連QO は夫婦間での関連を認めた。以上から夫婦間の類似性や差異をとらえ, 健康関連QOLの向上を加味した健康生活習慣の獲得や維持へのアプローチの検討,育児環境の整備が必要である。
