| Research Abstract |
本研究は、A市消防本部所属の消防職員877名を対象に、惨事ストレスに対する精神健康度とソーシャルスキルの現状及び因果関係を明らかにすることを目的として自記式質問紙調査を実施した。結果、精神的不調者は43.0%、PTSDハイリスク者は18.9%であり、精神健康度は階級別で有意差はなかった。一方、精神健康度に影響を及ぼすストレス媒介プロセスの要因には階級別での違いがあった。これらの結果から、惨事ストレス対策には階級別の特徴を考慮した研修の必要性が示唆された。
