| Research Abstract |
本研究では, 高齢者を対象とした運動プログラムが, メタボリック症候群をはじめとする心身の健康におよぼす効果を, 生理・心理学的指標を用いて検証した. 平成19年度には, 運動プログラムと運動用パンフレット等の作成と評価を行い, 運動プログラムの有効性と安全性を確認した. 平成20年度には, 作成した運動プログラムを3つの高齢者集団に6ヶ月間実施し, 免疫および運動機能の維持・向上を確認した.
