Research Abstract

成育環境および発達段階を踏まえた食育プログラムを開発するために、食育プログラム実施対象であるモデル施設の子どもの特性を的確に把握する調査研究を実施した。地域特性として、おやつに摂取されるスナック菓子やジュース類の摂取過多が懸念されたため、特に、おやつへの情報を提供できるよう配慮した活動を取り入れた。開発した食育プログラムを通じて、子どものみならず、子どもに関わる大人への波及効果も期待された。
