| Research Abstract |
生物系公開データベースと文献情報から時間的・空間的に関連の深いパスウェイを高精度に抽出する研究を行った。また、属性となる情報を取得し、関係の近いパスウェイをクラスタリングすることで、高精度で網羅性の高いシグネチャパスウェイ知識ベースの構築を可能とした。さらに、ここで構築された知識ベースを用いて、発現データを入力とし変動しているパスウェイを自動的に同定するための予測実験を行った。
