Research Abstract

電気分極β-TCP微粒子をキトサン繊維多孔体チューブの外層に固定し複合神経架橋用チューブを作製した。ラットの坐骨神経モデルを用いて神経移植材としての有効性を検討した。自家神経移植に相当する再生結果が得られた。
