Research Abstract

野球のバント動作における, わざの解明を試みたところ, バットや身体のキネマティクス情報より, 打球方向やボールの高さに対する調節方法を明らかにすることができた. また, 野球の現場では, バントをする際に「バットのヘッドを立てたまま, 膝を使って高さの調節をせよ」と一般的に指摘されているが, インパクト時のバットの鉛直方向角度とミート時のボールの高さは非常に高い相関を示しており, 低めのボールに対しては, バットの角度が負(すなわち, グリップよりヘッドが下)の値を示した. しかし, 回転移動と比較して平行移動の方が, ボールインパクトの高さ調節に対する貢献が高く, 一般に指摘されている指導内容の意味を明らかにすることができた.
